Calmas is a blend of rose petals, lavender flowers, tulsi flowers, and mint leaves, all grown organically from my garden. All of these flowers are safe for most people, if you are pregnant take caution and consult your physician. 
 
Tulsi or holy basil is an amazing adaptogen, that helps our bodies handle stress and keep our adrenal and hormone system balanced. Rose and lavender are nervines that soothe the nervous system and frazzled nerves.
