Shipping Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. We offer USPS shipping at your choice of either flat rate or priority. Please note there is not insurance on flat rate packages, and we do not offer coverage of products due to incorrect shipping addresses or stolen packages.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds on products unless there is product or shipping damage.

For a refund or exchange, please send us an email with a photo of your damaged product(s) to hope@lunaxochitl.com or fill out the contact us form with "refund/exchange" in the subject line.
